BAS Studio is acoustically treated with sound isolation walls and soundproof curtains. Equipped with an attached toilet, easy access to vending machine with snacks and drinks, wifi, a projector, a complete orchestra percussion set, grand piano, chairs, and music stands, the BAS Studio is ideal for presentations, workshops, and rehearsal/jamming sessions for up to 70 pax.

Extensions beyond the minimum period of hire are available in 30 minute blocks. Bookings should also include 30 minutes for set-up and tear-down where necessary.
We do not provide staffing support in setting up for your event or clearing the venue after the event; please consider the preparatory time and clearing time upon booking.
Cancellation Policy
Payment will be forfeited if cancellation is made within 14 working days of booking.
For cancellations happening beyond 14 days, only rescheduling is allowed (subjected to availability)
